Usual adult dose is 1 tablet once or twice daily or as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under age 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.

Take it when you remember, unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Then skip the missed one. Never take two doses at once to make up for it. Check your leaflet, as some medicines are different.
